Welcome! We are so excited for your interest in our apartments. The Asturias is a 60 unit community run by Price Rentals. We are proud to offer a large pool during Summer available to all Asturias tenants.  We offer 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, all equipped with the necessary appliances to make your life easy! Each unit is provided with all kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit.
